::How can I cancel my web hosting account?
-You may cancel your web hosting account at any time by e-mailing Cancel@GBLHosting.com with your account domain name, cpanel username and password. A sales representative will then re-confirm the cancellation request. After an account as been confirmed for cancellation, it will automatically terminate at the end of the monthly billing cycle.

::What happens if I go over my disk space and or data-transfer (bandwidth) quotas?
-If this should happen, an e-mail will be dispatched to the client informing them that they have gone over a quota. A client's site will still operate when over it's quotas, however, at any point the account may become suspended. An account is only suspended when our systems detect malicious activity is associated with the account. The over-quota charge is $.10 per 1 MB for disk space and is $3 for data-transfer (bandwidth). Over-quota charges are billed at the next monthly billing cycle. It is highly recommended to upgrade one's package before-hand if more disk space and or data-transfer (bandwidth) is needed.

::How can I upgrade my web hosting package?
-You can upgrade your web hosting package at any time by simply by e-mailing Sales@GBLHosting.com . A sales representative will help you with your upgrade selection whether it be a new package or more account disk space. A sales representative will then present you with a new subscription confirmation and restart your billing cycle to reflect the account changes. There is NO extra fee to upgrade your account to a new package and all upgrades are instant!
